Hi

It's two weeks to lock down and thanks to the helpful advice on here we are pretty close to our final spec for our Turbo. We are pretty much at the limit of our budget but if we have missed something blindingly obvious we'd love to know. The only thing I am not 100% sure about is the roof which I quite like but all other things being equal probably wouldn't spec. It's the only item that's on the list with half an eye on resale. The rest are because we want them. The other option that we considered but didn't go for was surround cam. It was just £500 too much. I know the temptation is to keep ticking (it's only another £500) but have to stop somewhere.

Look forward to hearing your comments.

Spec looks great.

Now here is a first, save some cash and drop the camera based Speed Limit Indicator, you do get a switchable Sat Nav based speed indicator system that displays it if you want it too

Now I never knew that. Thank you. I have it on the BMW but rarely have it displayed and more often than not it is wrong. But Mrs P likes it Smile

Thanks Smile

Spare wheel - I would be happier with it than without.
PSE because Mrs P had a grin from ear to ear every time we drove the car with it fitted. I know it is money lost.
Roof? Still not sure.

I'd have the Pano Roof brings plenty of light into a dark interior.

All the options are down to budget really, pros and cons of each xhaustively covered. The hardest dcision for me was colour, right till the last mnute. Although I love my VG, sort of wish I'd had Carmine.

Had my Macan Turbo for nearly a week still getting used to it but looking at your spec the adaptive cruise control only works with cruise control and how many times will you be using it.
I have found the standard rear parking sensors very good and to be honest a rear camera will just show you what you are going to hit before you do.
Although the Macan is not a lot wider than my previous Boxster it is taking some time to adjust to the width because you sit higher up and cannot make out the space on the nearside especially when I am putting it back in the garage.
Surround cameras would assist but I would still prefer to be looking at the mirrors when manoeuvring instead on looking at a display within the car.
Done 300 miles so far and it pulls like a train but still running it in (just about), you will enjoy the car.

Spec wise, the LED's are great, but you could save moeny and get the bi-xenon as we love them, and you dont miss what you dont have!

Park assist I'd upgrade to surround. trust me, with this car, its great having that GTA overview of the car and low walls!

Other than that, its a great spec! well done!
