So annoying was aiming for a handover this weekend but was told the car is still in Emden.

On average, how long from Emden to OPC?

Average.......1-3 weeks......not very helpful I know.......10 days should see it safely on your drive but there are so many factors that can vary. Still, not long now

From the factory compound to the OPC is generally in the 7-30 day range with about 3 weeks being a reasonable guess.

At any stage from Emden until being put on the transporter heading for your OPC the car can be held up for recalls or taken out of the delivery process for additional QA checks.

The OPC can see where the car is at any stage if they take the trouble to look on their Admin system.

From leaving the factory all the OPC can do is give a best guess of when it will arrive there, its frustrating but its better than them saying the car will be at their dealership some 6 werks after the build completion.

Einstien got it totally wrong.

The closer it is to collection the slower time goes

But then there's Customs to clear, transporter drivers' hours, motorway closures, cyber attacks, who knows what?

Sorreeee, I'm teasing. We've all been there, mine was 21 days from build to OPC and the wait was extremely frustrating to say the least. Yours will be with you very soon no doubt.
