Having clarified the rough amount of OTR cost to add to configured vehicle, I will be checking with my local Porsche dealer on this.
Does anyone on here have experience of their OPC absorbing the On The Road Costs?

First registration and car tax? Erm... Nope!

Unless you are a highly skillled negotiator! ;)

Generally discounts are few and far between. And freebies are modest. E.g. A mug, umbrella or maybe mats if you're lucky.

Yes - Porsche and discounts are not usually used in the same sentence.

I always seem to get some flowers, which is nice.
And a keyring on my second car.
Some Porsche collins glasses with my first.
Full tank of fuel in both cases.
At least on my second one, it was quite far away, so had a nice drive home after pickup :)
Used to have 2016 Macan Turbo PHCKCL70
Previously a 2014 Macan Turbo.
Now a 2021 Tesla Model 3 LR

This is the company who give you a second key ring as if it’s something special and they are making a massive gesture to you! It’s a cheap basic item which any other dealer give away without a thought.

If Porsche could charge for the air you breathe while in their showroom they would.

Collected our new Macan GTS yesterday and got 2 keyrings and photo in a presentation box along with some Porsche vouchers to spend at the OPC and a full tank of fuel (approx £90 of fuel) so I'd say this is far better than anything BMW or Audi have given me previously. BMW charge for the fuel

I could not get any form of discount on our Macan GTS but did get all the on the road costs plus wheel and tyre insurance on my 991.2 GTS. I did place an order when we were collecting the Macan so this may have helped ;)

Depends how many cars you've bought from them. I've bought 5 cars in the last two years from my local OPC so I expect a discount.

Previous Macan SD, Macan Turbo, Macan Turbo, 991.1 C4GTS coupe, 996 C4S coupe, Macan Turbo, 991.2 C4GTS coupe; 991.2 GT3; 992 C2S; 991.1 Turbo S

Would you take your business elsewhere if they didn’t?

Probably - but from their point of view I guess they want to keep a long term relationship with customers.
