Side Blades - body colour or not

Thank you all for your welcome and responses. I’m thinking body colour having looked at all the advice.

(Geoff H) Sports design wing mirrors, do they power fold etc.

Agate? Well here's my petrol S. We painted the sideblades, the back panel and the front intake to achieve an understated, less aggressive look. Cost a shitload tho"!

Definitely best painted on Carmine.
Macan SD Vocano Grey. LEDs, Pano Roof, PSE, Sports Chrono, PASM, Sports Design Mirrors, 21" Sports Classics in Black, lots of other extras.

I think that they are best painted in no matter what colour you choose. They are a bit of a pain in that dirt gets trapped in between them and the bodywork. I’d rather not have them at all.

I personally like the side blades as a design cue and in almost all colours would leave them black for the contrast. The only colour I would definitely paint body coloured is night blue as for me, not sure dark blue and black looks quite right.

With VG the standard blades are almost body colour. They can be a bit tricky to keep clean depending on the filth involved.
