Great write up, Tailpipe. Although I only have an S your experience mirrors my own - and probably everybody else's - just so capable and comfortable and a wonderful way to drive. As some of you know Mrs D has a seriously bad back but didn't feel a thing as we sped across France in early summer. As you say it ticks those two boxes - drivability and capability.

happy days wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2017 2:46 pm Nice one. My pal has a GTS and I'm rather jealous of it. But at 26k since January, I'm a bit high mileage for a petrol car. We'll probably do in the region of 30-35k miles a year. Belfast has a GTS coming on as a demo and I have been promised it for a weekend to try it out.

I wonder what the residuals on a three year old 100k McCann would be? Even an SD?
Quite a mileage you do.

Must be a bit of a pleasure in the Macan though. Every time I do a long run I realise how good the Macan is. It is a brilliant machine for comfortably covering lots of miles. :D

Great report, thanks. It mirrors my own experience in many ways, although only on 8.5k miles after a DEC17 delivery on my GTS. My only gripe is the recurrent feeling I am under-utilising the car's performance capabilities the majority of the time, due to traffic constraints.

You've done 8,500 miles in 2 days! Wow!
