I assume it would have to be a PTS colour. But if one is planning to keep the car long term, it's worth it.
A couple of ladies on here ordered their Macans in a PTS colour that is standard on other models, I cannot remember if they mentioned how much that option cost.
Sue (Bloosoo) got hers in Riviera Blue.
Lynda (LTC) is waiting for her Macan in Graphite Blue.

GT Silver is a standard option on a Panamera but not Macan or Cayenne. Frustrating since they are all built in the same factory, not sure if they use different paint lines/sheds for each model. It would be good to see a few more interior & exterior colour options on the facelift Macan, not holding my breath though.

I have a feeling that Riviera Blue would be PTS on any current Porsche model

Actually my first thought was to recommend considering Sapphire Blue, as less pricey than Carmine Red
But of course, the Macan does look gorgeous in Carmine, as does pretty much any Porsche for that matter
