Reading superb. Having had a panemera Cayman gts and now Macan GTS. Excellent knowledge, customer service and support. Not had pleasant experiences at Guildford and actively avoid now.

I used Tonbridge to get my sports exhaust fitted and they were excellent. Competitive on price and great service.

It does not bode well.

Reading, Guildford, Mayfair. West London and Hatfield are all part of the same group, they are all wholly owned by PCGB

I've had no issues with Silverstone the SE was first class and service have been fine with the Boxster although their workshop manager left last year and set up as in independent. The Boxster will be going to him in future.

+1 on Sutton Coldfield except it's two cars in my case.

I've had three Porsches from Solihull over the years. The first SE is still there. A different SE sold me the last two so the consistency is there too. I would highly recommend them

Ive been trying to buy a car from solihull for a few years now but they unfortunately did not have what I wanted during the months searching and found elsewhere, 997.1 Turbo from Sutton Coldfield, then a 991.1 TurboS from Edinburgh and a Macan DieselS from Bournemouth.... All were/are serviced by Solihull as i have never had a bad service from them.

These last a few days the 991.1tts has had its 4 yr major service and the Macan 2 new front tyres and geo check/correction, both at Solihull and they have been excellent with some discount to be had with PCGB membership etc, also nice brand new courtesy cars.

Been in there today to chat about a new Macan GTS as considering one of those as the diesel is not being used to its full economic potential

Maybe a bit far for the OP but its not like you need to go there every week (I hope)
Anyway Maybe they can sell me a new car one day soon

Make a holiday of it and go see Richard Graham at Porsche Belfast. Very friendly team there and all were genuinely excited when I went to pick up my 991.2.
