The car looks great Martin. I do like the houndstooth inserts - ever since the 50th anniversary edition car, I've had a real soft spot for them. Exclusive Option in the US seem to have cornered the market in houndstooth option - I think you can even get your owner manual done in the finish.
Did Reep set the decals on top of the ceramic coat or underneath?
Can I ask why you put Sharkwerks in from the get go? I'm just curious.
The decals have been applied on top of the PPF and ceramic coating with the Gtechniq EXO applied on top.
I decided to go with the Sharkwerks from the off as I love the sound of it and wanted to get all the spending out of the way at the beginning. It could always be removed in the future as I have the original silencer and tips stored away safely having covered less than 6 miles.

Sounds like Reep have done a good job. I've always wondered in the event of damage, how well the finishes can be matched up factoring in UV and panels etc.
Yes, there is an argument for getting the blood letting done from the outset! I do like Sharkwerks so totally understand your enthusiasm for adding it in from day 1. There are no wrong answers with PSE or Sharkwerks at 9k to be honest.

Simply stunning. The houndstooth seat centres are a nice touch. Looks like Porsche Kendal - bet a GT3 is a rare sight around the Lakes.
Thanks Mark
Kendal were allocated and have sold 7 991.2 GT3's. All were the winged version except mine
Looks a lot cleaner design without the wing. I assume a wing is a cost option as well.

No touring pack Gt3 and standard Gt3 with wing are the same price. Manual and PDK are also same price.

MG4 EV Trophy Long Range
VW Caravelle 6.1 4motion DSG
Suzuki Swift Sport
Sounds fantastic and what a great looking car. Interesting to see it without the decals in the video and then after in your pics. It really adds to the car. I’m with Wingco, got to be one of my favourite cars I’ve seen on here. Superb!

My SE rang me yesterday as I was in the middle of the supermarket with an update on the GTS delivery. Might be some slippage based on PCGB distributing cars from Sheerness with pre-Easter routing. No more than a day at most which is inconvenient as I'd made arrangements with a mate for a lift so don't want to mess him about.
He asked me if I'd had any further thoughts on the RS and I just said do it. I was honest about my intentions and said that if I couldn't live with the car, I would sell it as I bought it to drive. We had a good conversation and going to chat to the DP on collection of the GTS this week about it as well.
An inevitable decision perhaps but appreciate the input from everyone here in helping me come to that choice. Somewhere between the low fat and full fat milk I agreed to buy the most expensive car I've ever owned while a toddler was screaming his lungs out about 10 feet away from me.
This is my exterior spec, I'm debating the wheel choice colour and will likely go satin platinum but this is the car on standard wheels. I won't have decals on the car either, aesthetically, they do nothing for me and the car will be visually obnoxious as it is. I've gone for non-metallic black as I believe GT cars should be flat colours and I'm trying to knock back all the side and bonnet intakes.
What does everyone think of the Aurum wheel colour? My wife referred to it as 'utterly disgusting' so I think I'm clear on her view.
Hi Alex. I actually like the standard 'golden' wheels. Wise move to spec it in flat black I think. Being as inconspicuous as you can be in a GT3 RS.
Cheers,
Simon

I think the black wheels make the car look very mean, as if it doesn't look mean enough already.
No lottery win again this week so just have to keep enjoying pictures and stories of other people's great cars.
