Hi, I very much would like my seats anything other than black and although I might be happy with grey or cream I am contemplating red. Whilst I would like red leather and I am prepared to pay extra for red leather (notwithstanding that there is no reason why red leather should cost any more than black leather) it seems that I can't have red leather unless I also play for 140 different seat positions when I only ever sit in one seat position - is there a way around that?

To me that logic is better spun around, it is more a case that you would have 140 different ways to get the seating Precisely suited to your requirements.

Standard 8 way seats by the way can be very uncomfortable, they have a very flat back and no squab length adjustment.

As for the colours Red does look good but please check out the different options ie full or partial. Full is a lot of Red where Partial does give a bit of a mix in material finishes.

I have had Partial Red in two Macan’s and would only have Grey as an alternative but the Grey on offer comes with Agate which in my eyes has a very Brown hue.

Do checkout the colour options in actual cars in bright sunlight conditions to help you ensure you get your choice right.

If you don’t get rhe comfort or sport seats the only theseat centres will be in red which don’t look as good in my opinion.

Out of the three pics I much prefer the black and red option. The full red is too much.

I had black and red in my SQ5 and it looked great, often got comments on how good it looked.

BTW

If you do go partial or full garnet red then the option of garnet red seat belts gives a much better visual look than the previous images have with their standard black seat belts

I can't unsee the tabs and bookmarks you've got

Bottom pic for me though. That Y pattern irks for some reason.

My favourite red interior was of a Ferrari GTC4Lusso that I sat in at Blenheim Palace. Very special. :)

Fezza v nice.

I think with red/black it’s a tightrope walk between classy/special and gibbon’s arse.

So many are the latter.

Agate grey all the way for me! It’s a kind of dark stone colour and while some condem it for having a brownish hue, if you actually put something brown against it.... it really isn’t brown at all (and anyway, what’s wrong with brown?)

It won’t show grubby marks either and it’s very different from the usual greys out there! Have you actually looked at a car with an agate interior? Oh, it’s a free option too :D
