No, your order is in the system by the sound of it. Your OPC will be able to see the various control points (CPs) up to when it enters the factory compound (CP08) after build. It is then transported to Emden for shipping to UK. The OPC generally can't see what progress it is making from that point until they (may) get notice from Porsche GB that it is on a transporter to the dealership.Fairynuff wrote: ↑Mon Jan 07, 2019 7:08 pm 1. I have paid initial refundable deposit. £3k
2. OPC has allocated me an available 'slot' in February.
3. OPC has signed and asked me to sign the order form.
4. OPC has placed the order with the factory and given me one week to make any final amendments.
5. Does that then sit on someone's in-tray until it gets to the top?

or for most of us the T+52 is not a "repeat" but chose different model and repeat!Pivot wrote: ↑Mon Jan 07, 2019 7:42 pm Is anyone willing and able to share their actual timelines, e.g.:

Good man Goron!
Thanks a stack... I am delighted to see that changing spec is not an issue.
So far I submitted 2 specs and had to re-sign the prelim contract twice to update it on the system. Is that normal [emoji1745][emoji3603]

Every time I sent in a spec change, I was sent back an updated "New Vehicle Order Form" which I signed, then emailed back.
Was a bit of a faff, but at least I got the car I wanted!
There was a couple of occasions where the spec on the form was slightly different to what I asked for, so it's worth checking everything twice.
You don't want your car to be delivered the wrong colour!
After a few cases, I would email in my old code, my new code and the differences I expected between them.
My SA was very patient (Rhys Evans at Tewkesbury, BTW) and I was very pleased with him and the OPC.
