My order
Red bold Im open to change and need help

Miami Blue (I know its load but looks good)
Pano roof (thinking of canceling this not sure about it)
Standard interior Agate Grey (Has any one got a real photo on this, I want alcantara )

20-inch Macan Turbo wheels with Jet Black Metallic paint finish
Privacy glass
Air suspension (This is my favourite option)
PTV Plus torque Vectoring (this should help in the snow)
75 litre fuel tank
I didn't go for sports exhaust (cost too much when it don't improve perforamnce)
Sport chrono package (I'm not bothered about clock stop watch but what suspension options does it give for air ride?)
I didn't go for power steering plus but would consider it
surround view parking (this will help squeeze in to garage)
Smoking package (but I might cancel this as it takes all the space, I rather have hole and space)
heated front seats
heated steering wheel i missed off so will add

Stainless skid plates im considering like the front bit but not the back bit
April build date 2019 Macan S

We all love these questions and you will get multiple answers based on people's personal preferences. That does not mean that any of us is right just that we have an opinion. Before anyone tells you otherwise there are no "Must Haves" just experience from the forum that the options suggested are worth giving due consideration to. What you must have is what works for you and spec the car for you and not the next owner.

Will answer the above separately with my opinion and not with a diktat about what you have to do!

Pano roof - love it or hate it. If you are ambivalent don't bother as it adds significant weight up high and there have been quite a few posts about leaks and rattles. Proponents will tell you that you will never sell your car without one. I didn't have one and lost 9% in 14 months and 11k miles so don't think resale was affected!
Air suspension is awesome - good choice
PTV I wouldn't bother the car copes admirably in the snow without it. If you are going to track the car then, by all means, spend the money but otherwise, I doubt you will notice it.
Sports Chrono is a waste of money on this car. I had it on my GTS and never used it. Most Macan owners will tell you not to bother.
PS+ is a waste of money unless you are incredibly feeble or disabled. Even at parking speeds, the steering is quite capable of being turned with 1 finger without PS+ and a few ladies on here have concurred that steering without PS+ but is no problem for them.
Surround view I can see the benefit if you are squeezing into tight spaces but not otherwise
Smoking pack - if you want the open space don't order it.

I haven't gone into all the other options that you should consider but others will.

Good luck with everything

The interior is pretty dark, especially with privacy glass, so the pano roof might be a good idea - and I do believe that it's a desirable option on the secondhand market. I put it on mine, and have no regrets. It doesn't leak or rattle, by the way.

Sports Chrono is a delightful gimmick which nobody seems to use.

PTV Plus is probably a waste of money.

I've never felt the need for a heated wheel, although heated seats are nice.

Surround view is excellent, well worth having, I've put it on my diamond button.

I have Power Steering Plus, it seems to work OK. Frankly, it's so cheap you might as well add it.

One option you must add is the Comfort Lighting Package, well worth having, makes the interior look so much nicer at night.

On the air suspension sports plus doesn't give any additional functionality...that can't be selected manually with the PASM button. A lower ride height can also be selected independently. I love air with my 20" Spyders

Welcome to our friendly forum, Paul!

Congrats on the Macan S order. I think Miami Blue is a stunning colour!

Had you considered the black window trim, instead of the standard silver/chrome?

I like the look of 21”wheels on the Macan:
