Waited 18 months for my current Turbo, also have a deposit down some 12 months now for its as yet unannounced replacement. Not bothered about this second one as the first is so good, also not yet confident re new engines and a GPF? If your real desire is for a GTS there are a few decent low mileage ones out there, don't think you will be dissatisfied if you were to go that route.CAY2018 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 3:16 pmI know what you mean - I waited over a year for a new Cayenne and there was a lot of re-configurating in that time! Have now switched that order for the Macan S but if this takes too long I might just go and find something electric instead.davetronic wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 1:05 pm
TBH, with hindsight, I think if I had found another car I liked I should have bought it and come back to Porsche when all this faff is done, just fed up with getting dates repeatedly pushed back.
It may be worth the wait, but I think if it carries on I will bail out, even after over 12 months of playing on the configurator!
