I was told last week that there will definitely be a GTS later this year as they wanted to confirm my position in the queue. It's likely to be a toss up between keeping my current GTS and getting the new 718-6 or getting a new GTS. I don't think the boss will let me get both as she wants me to retire next year.

Very similar spec to mine that is on order.

I have been worrying about how the rear diffuser around the exhausts will look in sapphire blue rather than black??

I literally registered to post the same thing. My main concern is that i'm spending more on an S than a similar specced GTS would cost?

My spec below. coming in at just under 65k.... Should i wait? I've already placed my 3k deposit weeks ago....

What are the other visual differences going to be between a GTS and how i've specced mine?

Visually, some badging and the GTS sits lower, plus 20” wheels in Black but if you want to wait for a GTS I would say it won’t be this side of Easter 🐣

IMHO but I would have thought chucking loads of money at options on an S would be asking for a hard depreciation hit - options depreciate much faster than the base car. No matter how close you style an S, the GTS will always be more desirable, extra power, the handling tweaks and the badge

Thanks guys but i'm confused as to what the message you're +1'ing to

I know a 64k Macan S is going to depreciate hard.. Is that what you were agreeing with? Or that i should wait? My question i guess is that is it stupid to spec it up to 64k? (63k with discount) What's the normal price people spec these up to then? below 60k and it feels like poverty spec to me. I feel like i'm compromising on everything.

I'm really not bothered about the depreciation too much.... FYI My OPC told me that anyone who specs Mamba Green or Miami Blue is looking at at least a 5k hit on a trade in offer for them when the time comes!
