But then I found another dealer offering a bigger discount and sooner build slot. So cancelled my original order and re ordered through them.
Looking forward to it. Will miss my S4 tho and going down in power. But I really never use it. Just nice to brag about it

I have to say I wasn't impressed with the handover. Unfortunately, the dealer was being decorated so it was just parked outside on the forecourt with a load of other cars. It already had a chip on it. The service book wasn't stamped, although the dealer said it wasn't necessary as it all electronic these days?
A lot of time was put on the extras insurances they wanted me to purchase. I mean for a luxury brand I wasn't impressed. Coming from Audi the last car I was made to feel far more special etc. Maybe that's what you get going for the cheapest deal you can find. Anyway, I got the car it looks incredible, lovely to drive and is luxurious. The 2.0ltr is more than enough for my needs although its a bit of a pain explaining to your friends is not a fast Porsche lol!

Which OPC was it? You should fill in the customer survey you'll get and let them know you're not happy with the hand over...the dealer should be straight on the phone to you to find out the issues!
They should have also stamped the books.
Did you get any goodies when you collected it?
My experience was the complete opposite to yours when I picked up my Macan 2.0 at the end of Sept...my OPC were supperb.
Like you, in performance terms I can't really say I've been left wanting with the 2.0 as a daily - and that comes after using my rs4 with 500bhp as a daily for 6 years!
