Just placed an order for my first Porsche. Have always had VAG cars but never delved into the black horse from Stuttgart.

Spec wise,

Crayon
20 inch Macan Turbo wheels in Stain
Pano Roof
Towbar
Roof rails in high gloss Black
Window trims in high gloss Black
Side blades in gloss black
Air Suspension
75 ltr fuel tank
Spare wheel
Auto dimming mirrors
Adaptive cruise
Heated windscreen
14 way electric seats
Seat heating front
Stroage pack
Comfort lighting pack
Bose

Got a November build date for ealry Dec delivery. We will see if that happens with Brexit. These dealers keep saying its not a problem. Obviously I have all the brexit tax increase get out jail cards written into the sales contract as well.

Going to be a long 2.5 months. :D

Welcome to the forum & congratulations on the Macan order! :)

Did you go for the 2.0 Macan or the 3.0 Macan S?

Went for the 2.0 ltr Macan. I test drive both and preferred it for some reason. I already have the 3.0lte V6 in my S4. So going down in power.

Out of interest what sort of discount are people getting off Macan's?

For a luxury brand I was quite disappointed in tbe buying process. Felt like I was buying an Audi or something 😂

^^^ Most people struggle to get any discount on a Macan. If you spend time ringing around some Porsche dealers further afield, you might get 1% to 2% off possibly... Depends on a number of factors if an OPC (Official Porsche Centre) will be willing to haggle.

Not to shabby just got over 2%. I did drive a hard bargain though!

Any options I should of got? I mean it's such a vast option list. Shame they don't do packs.

^^^ Looks like a pretty good spec you’ve gone for. I like the heated steering wheel in the colder months. :)

I like Surround View - makes parking a breeze, and handy when pulling out of restricted view junctions.

Thought it looked good on the configuartor. With the gloss black roof rails, side blades, window trim. Gave the crayon colour a bit of contrast.

I haven't really seen them in the flesh though. Just pics.

Not a fan?
