OPC called today to advise my GTS had just arrived - sent me a pic on the transporter. Seems someone else had a similar thought on sapphire too. Interesting range of cars on this delivery - lots of SUV vehicles. Mine is on the middle level.

I am hoping to pickup next Friday (20th) if detailer can fit me in week early (car arrived 1 week early) and he needs it for 4 days. If not it will be as planned and will get Friday (27th). Going to OPC tomorrow ro square up and take a look in the flesh.

The new rear light bar looks a nightmare for holding water after washing!

One of the things I liked about the Gen 2 and the GTS in particular was the look of the new light bar, never gave a thought to water retention, I am sure it will be fine- maybe I am a half full kind of guy ;)

The demo car I drove yesterday was Sapphire Blue and it looked great. Of course having driven a Sapphire Blue SD for nearly five years I might be considered biased :) . I was told by someone in great authority ;) that if I must have a new car it was not going to be the same colour as the old one. Just as well I like Carmine Red :D

Looks like you're going to beat me to it, kmacuk. My OPC phoned on Monday to say my car was in the UK, but awaiting transport from the docks. They've got a few things to do before I take delivery, but I'm hoping that I'll have it by next weekend.

Yours looks great in Sapphire, by the way...

My OPC says that mine is now at the docks.

Awaiting clarification on whether the First licence rates for cars registered on or after 01/04/20 is to be significantly higher in April compared to March.

Are you concerned about the large aperture in front of the radiators being a stone damage hazzard on the new GTS?
