OPC Sales Manager phoned me yesterday to say they are gearing up for contactless deliveries.

A lot of car places are around here I saying from next week

I think a lot jumped on the bandwagon ethically to start with and now thinking right we can put measures in to protect people and they can’t work from home can they!

Loan cars even longer waiting list as they want to make sure they are fully cleaned between customers.

I see, lunchtime Wednesday, the Telegraph website reporting all Government and public websites being told to remove "Stay home" by Monday. will be very surprised if OPC workshops did not reopen Monday onwards with possibly some social/physical " distancing requirements for OPC showrooms

S/W Audi,VW, Seat Skoda workshops opened back up 4th May at skeleton level and full on from 11th (no news yet on showrooms other than the continuance if remote selling with home delivery)

I ordered my Macan S back in Feb and had the following screenshot from the dealer today, shows approx 6 week delay. :cry:

I will have to ask for an update on mine of this detail. Not heard anything since last time I posted.

Build date of 29th May (originally 15th iirc). Friday car build :o .....luckily I don't buy into that but I might be eating my words at some point.

I asked the DP to keep me updated if anything changed so I won't be best pleased if there are any substantial changes.
