When do 2021 builds start

Just put a deposit on a Macan GTS which was a cancelled order. Can’t change spec as lockdown was last Friday. Looks like ordered as a 2020 spec car which has been delayed. Just wondered when production of 2021 starts not that there appear to be many changes. Due at dealer end of July. Nice spec with £10k of extras

Seems I was lucky to obtain the order as allocations of GTS seem very thin. I have a good relationship with dealer and also run a Cayman GTS. Dealership has been busy since reopening

You are lucky!!! I placed my order back in Feb and still haven't got a build slot. My dealership tell me that they are still waiting for details of their Q4 allocation and they seem to think I will be looking at late Sept or October delivery. Apparently I'm top of the list for any GTS that they get allocated.

As the car has not been built yet, it will be a 2021MY car.
