if you are desperate for both cover and rear USB's In the UK, the Smokers pack is available as a retrofit at about 5 times the price of initial build cost and I assume the USB c 's in the rear would be retained

There is no rear ashtray let alone a 12v socket. There are two C-type USB outlets under the arm rest. But not very practical for rear seat passengers to plug into....
