No, it shouldn't.

It appears everyone at the dealership is non contactable today by email but i have now sent 3 emails to dealer principle and team and have now asked for cancellation of the agreement.

Completely unacceptable.

These things can happen i guess, as difficult as it is to accept.

However, i will give them the opportunity to respond and deal with it properly in terms of cancellation and next steps.

It may just be bad luck on my part.

They may well come up with some lame Covid related excuse. Still unacceptable IMHO. I thought when you bought a used Porsche from an official OPC it should have the next service done as part of its check and two year warranty? This is one of the reasons they have for there poor trade in values, service, brakes and half worn tyres all need replaced before they can resell it.
