If you have any printed paperwork from them on finance, it should quote the APR. Porsche/VW finance is expensive and must be a good profit provider for them. Many on here, including me, have used Clydesdale in the past, who offered a more attractive APR. The seemingly lower monthly payment you’ve obtained is more likely to be down to a higher assumed residual value, despite charging you a high rate of interest.

As above you need to be looking at the Apr, the residual value and the overall charges for interest. Porsche recently do seem to have bumped up the residual payment which seems nice as it lowers repayments but increases interest paid and lowers your deposit for the next car at resale time. It’s possibly even more important to carefully scrutinise this aspect of the deal more so than even the price they are charging for the car.

And given they seem very economic with the detail and paperwork they have likely lumped in some very over priced GAP cover and alleged fancy paint treatments. Sift those out and along with a better interest rate you could be saving a further £100 per month.
