Just done a first fit of the Titan boot cover which was delivered today, need to adjust a bit as it started to rain, but initial impressions are excellent and at £59 great value.

Search stayclean boot liner. Its Titan's brand name.
I may have got the last Macan one as others are still showing. Maybe worth sending them a message, but going directly to their website is much more expensive.
