My Macan Diesel S is due for its 4yr/40,000 mile service in January.
I appreciate this is a question asked many times in the past, but now that the fixed price costs have been disbanded by the OPC's, I'd welcome current guidance on how much members are paying at OPC's & indies for this service
4 year/40,000 mile service
OPC in Perth quoted me £1355 for this service on my GTS. Previously quoted 'Total Transparency' prices were £560 (for the Turbo) £950 (GTS / Diesel) and then £1250 (GTS)

I paid £760 for the 4 year service last month (Oct) excluding transmission oil change and engine oil change. I’m only on 21k miles and neither was needed.

What the heck do they do for the 4 year service if they don't change the engine oil?

If I recall correctly PDK oil change is 6yr/40,000miles so it might not need doing at the 4yr service.

It’s a full check of everything, I got a video showing me pads/discs/tyres etc, it also included fuel filter, air and pollen filers and brake fluid change. Then they added Adblue, screen wash and a litre of oil left in the boot (that I did not need or want).JurassicMacan wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 4:32 pmWhat the heck do they do for the 4 year service if they don't change the engine oil?
I do agree though that I could have done all this in a couple of hours and minimal cost, but that doesn’t get me a stamp in the book.
Also, I had new tyres two weeks before the service and they said the rears were down to 6mm, I couldn’t have done more than 200 miles on them!
