As far as I recall Macan 20 and 21" tyres are the same width (F 265, R 295)

Also Macan 18 and 19" tyres are the same width (F 235, R 255)

18" wheels don't fit Macan Turbo PP.

Macan 20" winter wheel and tyres set...

https://content3.eu.porsche.com/prod/pa ... 3F0034935C

Alloy wheels in multispoke lightweight design.
Front axle: 9 J x 20 RO 26 with 265/45 R 20 104V M+S tyre,
rear axle: 10 J x 20 RO 19 with 295/40 R 20 106V M+S tyres

Confirmation that Porsche are quite happy to sell wide winter tyres too - same width as the summer ones.

But not 21", which if you look @ my original reply was what i was talking about, i have no idea about 20" wheels as i don't own any. Just Saying

Have people experienced that with Macans on 21”? I don’t think the profile is as low as RS4 so hopefully it’s less of a problem.

Thanks
I haven't had any issues with the 21's I run in summer but I'd advise you to look for one with 20's. I run 20" Spyders in winter and they really are the sweet spot for this car, looks and comfort wise.

You said the 21" might be too wide. They are exactly the same width as the 20" - you do know that 21" isn't the width, right?
