That’s very sad indeed as if you do not have enough to deal with. I have dealt with a number of family vehicle disposals post bereavement and your right of course it would be illegally parked, but you may not be aware even if it’s off road and garaged unless it is on SORN it is still technically illegal! Crazy, because if you want to move it or sell privately it needs to be licensed. I have in the past kept them garaged, licenced and just short term insured when needed you can do it for less than a day very cheaply.

Because they are Unethical and have been getting away with these practises for years.Loyalty Is with an expensive mistake with Insurance companies!
