So I'm happily exploring my (new to me) MY 2018 Macan GTS and naturally comparing it to my old 2015 S......
Looking under the bonnet and the big plastic cover / trim panel that sits between the bonnet strut and the rear of the headlight is missing on both sides.
The new car has LED PDLS+ and the old car had Halogens - so could this be the reason - or do some Macans just come without this bit?

So which is correct?
Engine compartment trim - which is correct
The plastic bits were deleted from all models a few years back, plus the diagonal elements of the cross brace. I think it was discussed here on the forum.

Yes I'm aware - that's just an example photo I found on line.
Very reassuring it's normal for a 2018 car.
