The dealer called me today and it's going back in on Monday for further investigation.

I'll keep you guys posted on the outcome.

Update:

Received a call from the dealer today. They have taken the door handles apart and cannot find any faulty/broken parts and seem baffled. Anyway, they have agreed to replace them with shiny new ones under warranty. It will take around 2 weeks for the order (presumably from Germany) and will arrive with factory paint apparently.

So another update will be provided once they have been fitted.

Drivers door handle replaced under warranty, 10/02, they found OSR needs changing and will ring me when part in stock

Car went in yesterday and new door handles promptly fitted and returned today. No issues now and they glide back into position as they should.

I also had a monster Turbo to play with for 24 hours:

Had the same issue with a sticking rear door handle. An internal plate/component had to be replaced. Working as it should now.

They replaced the entire door handles on mine for some reason.
