Hi, there,

I’m having issues with the maps in my brand new macan. The are blurry and the maps are not working.

Does anyone have had issues like this? If so, can you please help me? The local dealership is completely useless.

If I were to guess, maybe no data connection?

Is that Google Maps? If so, are the standard in-car maps OK?

Likewise I'd go for no data connection. Has the Connect account been activated? The OPC should have sorted that before collection.

Looks like Google Maps that have loaded at a very low resolution (which suggests a connectivity problem). You could turn Google Maps off and then just see the 'roads', which doesn't fix the problem but is what I do anyway.

Does your car have internet connectivity for other things?

Hello, thanks for helping. Yes, indeed the screen shots are Google maps, I was running the maps fine for a while and then after an automatic update they started to look like this. I do have a SIM card activated, so all my online apps are functioning fine.

The only issue is with the integrated maps. I tried removing the SIM and unchecking boxes but none of that have helped at all.

I’m so frustrated...
