Service interval ?

I checked on the service due date on the Driver information display, and it said 4/7/18 - 36000miles

I thought it was 2 yrs 20000 miles ?!!?!?

Service or "safety inspection" (ie MOT) in the UK? ( which is due at 36 months along with 1st brake fluid change)

You're right in that routine servicing is 20 k or 24 months for UK spec cars
If your on-board is not reading correctly then the PDI wasn't done properly (!)

Paul, you're right.

When I got my Boxster years ago, I queried the lack of oil change from new to 2 yrs - the sales guy said "when you see the price of the oil on your service invoice, you'll understand why it's good for 2 years...!"
