First (2 year) service including oil change. How much?
I know this question has been asked a hundred times but prices change. And, I know that somewhere there is a Porsche recommended price for garages to charge where is that list?
Also, I know from experience with previous cars (not Porsche) that I could specify cutting some items e.g. pollen filter. I've only done 6K in 2 years and don't feel a desperate need for a new pollen filter (no idea what it would save me).
It's booked into Porsche Wilmslow later this month.

You really have to keep an eye on them. When my 968 went in for its first service in 1995, it was done without fitting new pollen filters, but was charged the full service price. When I asked them why they were not fitted, they said they were not required, as it had very low mileage. So I replied "you've charged me for them". They replied because that's fixed price menu servicing. I argued, yes but that includes the filters, which you haven't fitted. I got my money back.
The next time it was serviced, I was charged for an air con recharge. But it has no air con. Again a refund. I despair with them.

I called the six OPC’s nearest to me (North West); four were £650 one was £695 and one was £705. It seems that £650 is the price suggested by Porsche but some OPC’s (claiming higher ‘overheads’) charge more. Clearly there is no reason why an OPC in Cheshire would have higher overheads than an OPC in Preston!!
I can’t see how the materials cost more that £150, £500 labour for 3 hours is VERY generous, to then push it up by an extra 50/60 quid is just taking the p***.
