Diesel recall?

Had a problem with my engine control fault light coming on recently and the car going into limp home mode. As soon as i turn off the engine and then on again everything goes back to normal.
Its been into my OPC and they have been told by Germany there is a " know problem" but they are waiting for Germany to tell them what the fix is.
Anyone else had this problem?

I had a similar issue but it turned out the be the high pressure fuel pump.
