How do you delete old Bluetooth devices?

As the title states, I'm trying to delete old connected Bluetooth devices on my Gen 2 Macan, but not having any luck within the settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think sources/ device manager lets you delete devices? I will check when I next go to my car

I did mine a while ago deleting the kid's phones and old units. Quite easy.
