The one on Autotrader is nice- shame its red though. It wouldn't be my first choice

If that was silver or grey and they wiggled on the price a bit I might have gone for it!

My understanding was OPCs had to sell new cars at list e.g. cancelled orders but can sell second hand for whatever they can get away with. There are currently ALOT of second hand Gen 2 Macan S for sales by OPC well above the list of a new Gen 3.

Am sure there’s a way they can wangle it to make it a ‘second hand car’ ;)

I reckon that Autotrader one is about £67051 looking at the pics and the description so with VEL their making a grand on it perhaps.

Try this code for the spec as i can see it PNQUZG70

I'd personally actually be happy to pay a larger deposit/interim payment as I could put it on a credit card and get airmiles, whereas my final payment has to be bank transfer and my OPC dont seem to be budging on this. (I assume they would also accept a big suitcase full of money but havent checked)
Nope
Only v minimal amount of cash allowed
Money laundering regs
Pay on a debit card or BT
Yep, Credit Cards not allowed. I wanted to use my BA Amex to get air miles but, alas, its a no-no
I paid my £3k deposit with my Amex with no problems. They said £5k max in totality with me so for the remaining I could pay £2k + bank transfer for the rest on collection

Yes, sorry, to clarify I paid the initial £3k on a credit card ( but not Amex because they didn’t take it, frankly hardly anywhere does ) but then the top up part to make 10% of the value of the car and any final payment if you want to pay more than 10% deposit ( PCP in my case ) has to be BT or DC. That’s how it worked for me.

I paid my £3k deposit using my BA Amex through the link I was sent by the SE. I'm hoping to do the same for the remaining deposit so I can get the companion voucher although it sounds like it may not be possible but I will ask. Probably going to be a while before I have to pay the next part of the deposit anyway as the first part was only paid a month ago.
