Black is stunning when it is clean but less so when dirty - the two bmw pics are from day trips to the west county from East Sussex - needless to say I didn’t get any speeding tickets on the way back….
Which GTS build is better?
I am not sure what is the fascination with “dictator-black” vehicles. They look good on a Telly , but are rather impractical to maintain.
Dirt aside, after few years they tend to have thousands of micro-scratches that look aged, unless you have the time and inclination to regularly coat and polish your car.

Myself, I'd go for the Silver out of those two options but my signature will tell you I think there is a third, and better option
Personally, I'd skip the heated GT steering wheel and heated windscreen and go for a GTS extended leather interior. But that's the beauty of Porsche, you can spec the car to get exactly the one you want.

Heated windscreen is always handy if you don’t have a garage.On-Track wrote: ↑Wed Aug 25, 2021 9:13 am Myself, I'd go for the Silver out of those two options but my signature will tell you I think there is a third, and better option

As for silver, I don’t have a specific issue with it other than when I started driving pretty much all cars were silver ( including a few I owned ) so I’m personally not so keen on it. Problem with red, on other cars - I don’t know if Porsche suffers from this, is that over time it can fade a bit and look more pink than red. That said my current car is red, and after 4 years is still red.
Seems to be a VW thing. I had a friend that had a red Sirocco and that turned pink within about 3 years. Was a while ago though, and it was a company car (his company) so he did not look after it at all
