If you think the Macan has way to much cheap plastic have you compared it to an Audi and especially a Merc.

Now those two marques make cheap plastic an art form.

Not to mention rubbish rides, and uncomfortable seats.

Enjoy your Macan for what it is, the best in class

I second that one. Next door neighbour has a Cupra Formentor - the amount of cheap plastic on the front of that is shocking….

I think with a darker body colour the blackness will probably not be so prominent. I think lighter body work will bring out the Dodge Charger family look 😂
Couple of Audi RS’s owned by neighbours/friends have lots of gloss black on the front bumpers, that completely put me off going for it.

Just looks cheap in real life - makes the plastic look even more plastic on those cars if that makes sense. Worried it would do the same here.

Feel like the GTS distinction of black elements just disappears on dark colours so I went for dolomite. I like the front in the reviews I saw,
- especially in chalk - looked great and felt that it gave the car some width and an edge.

I might hate it in person lol but hedging my bets that people will grow to like it in person.
Yep. Had the glossy black treatment here and there on my C43 but it didn't look too bad. But there wasn't that much of it unlike the GTS. Not sure if I will cough up £539 to change the standard matt finish. But time does funny things to you and no doubt until I press the spec locked button anything could happen 😂

Spotted a Dolomite S today and it does look good. It had the sideblades in same colour but I suddenly thought Citroën Picasso!! Someone tell me I am wrong....

You are WRONG lol
I’ve opted for sideblades in exterior colour - I’ve never been the biggest fan of the sideblades on the macan

Halaluya to that.. It did look good though and the fact that the blades were not black actually helped as there's so much black going on with the new grille.

That would have been a gen2 though with the old grill.

That's true but my point is that the new GTS has a mucho plastico grille so replacing the blades colour to body breaks up the black theme.
