I've never driven a Macan but am now into SUVs for all sorts of reasons. However, I did own both 1st and 2nd Gen Boxsters way back when I had hair and apart from all the obvious brilliance of this car I still remember that it felt like it had been constructed from a single block of metal without the need for nuts and bolts. German engineering at it's best. Will I feel same way after driving a Macan I ask? 🤔

Overall I would say yes, but I think the feel of the indicator stalk is disappointingly floppy, particularly compared to the very solid gearshift paddles and the indicators on my other car.
