I gave mine a damn good spanking the other weekend through parts of Wales, didn't see the traction control light once.

OP, take it you didn't feel the tyres moving underneath you at the same time?
What tyres have you got on yours?

Rare colour, didn't feel the tyres moving, they're Pirrells 20 inch, 2100 miles in.

Don't like Pirelli tyres myself, but it sounds like you do have an issue with you car. I know traction control is meant to stop the car from slidong about, but you can normally sense some kind of movement before hand.

I’m trying to swap ours to Michelin but dealer says no stock of fronts

I was over the moon when ours was delivered with Michelins on.
Take it you've checked the usual tyre sites to see if they have stock?

I had a set of Michelins fitted on 18 November 2020 and then one replaced on 30 July 2021, 5,500 miles later. It was serviced on 26 August and the tread depth, "Old" c.f. "New" respectively was: Outer 6.7/6.5; Middle 6.5/6.5; Inner 6.5/6.1.

Not yet - just prefer dealer doing it in case they cock anything up !

Haven't some on here supplied tyres for their OPC to fit? Or do you mean cock up the type of tyre?
