As she is uninsured it shouldn't. Her mum& dad will probably not deduct the £5k repair bill from her monthly allowance

Yup you can see they are pirellis by the tread pattern so absolutely nothing to do with the alcohol, nope.

That is going to be a lot more than £5k - that was roughly it cost to fix the Mrs Boxster when I hit a deer and I carried on to the station !

Yes you're right. £5k will just be the cost of getting the chassis checked and realigned. She could go Ebay for wheel and tyre tho
