I'm on my 37th different configuration. My wife has banned all talk of Macans from the barn, even the dogs go to sleep when I say the word "configurator". But I have a question. The price on the configurator, once all options are added, is it OTR?

No. The dealership will add around £2,300 to cover the New Car Tax and other incidentals eg Preparation. Dig dipper Nick 😂

It’s the OTR price excluding the first year vehicle tax. For my gen 3 Macan S I had to add approximately an extra £2000. Your dealer will then try to add extras as well but you don’t need to take these.

Keep going on the configurator, 46th time is the charm!

It's absolutely rotten that it isn't an OTR price.

Yep, about £1950 additional cost for me on an S. thats for road tax and new car tax etc. as others have said, anything over that is optional. If you are looking at a GTS i believe the OTR costs are a little higher.

BTW, only 37 different configurations? Pah, add a couple of zero’s to that! Pretty happy with mine ( eventually ). Although…..

Don’t forget first year registration fee. That and the road tax should be it. Decline anything like delivery or preparation unless you’ve agreed something particular to your circumstances.

Yep, £1950 on the S (odd how some people seem to be quoting different figures). On top of that I have been offered things like paint prep and gap insurance but they are totally optional. I will, however, takt the gap insurance. As the car will be PCP gap insurance is a must to cover any shortfall if the car gets stolen or broken.
