Loan Car

So I dropped off the Macan at Porsche Brooklands to have a bad rattle fixed (only had it a month). Was promised a loan car and was looking forward to seeing what it might be...am I wrong to be a bit peeved off that we got loaned a 2019 Ford Fiesta hire car?

I'd be more peeved off that my Macan was rattling

I think at the moment most dealers have very few Porsche demos available but look on the bright side is it four years younger than your car?

Fiestas are supposed to be one of the best handling small cars, so could be worse eg a Micra

But yes: would have expected a Porsche. I've never been lent anything other than one of the brands cars

Can you imagine if a 911 Turbo S owner was offered a Fiesta loan car

Loaners:-
Macan 2.0
VW Golf
Nissan Trail
VW Golf

Offered yet another VW Golf by South Lakes Porsche, declined and moved to Preston Porsche who collected my Turbo from my home and returned it later that same day.

Via Porsche Assist on two occasions the loaner has been a Merc C 220D, now there is a cr4p car full of cheap and nasty looking plastic.

By a country mile the absolute worst loaner I had years ago was a beat up rust bucket of a very small Honda Civic that had a top speed of only 60 mph and a mileometer that was jammed at all the 9’s

The fact that they don’t sell new cars probably doesn’t help
