Yep, still had grief even when the bank was contacted, to give them a heads up, before paying on debit card, and some cash from the sale of my previous car. TBH I don’t have a problem with a bit of grief, after all it’s my money the bank are protecting. I would be going nuts, if my account showed a big debit, and thought there was lackadaisical and apathetical staff at the bank.
But had to settle a few days before, as I picked it up from the factory in Stuttgart, and lost no sleep over it.
