There must have been something to generate the purchase of the Service Plan.
There's an important little word in that email...

Very true.

I presumed that by not getting back to me my local OPC was not participating or at least only participating if one has a 911 or 718 which lets face it are not for the most part used as a daily drive.

More than likely this was a Porsche GB led initiative rolled out to each OPC.

Can you give more details of how your OPC is refusing to honour your Porsche service plan?
In essence they just don’t accept it. Have tried my localish 3 OPCs. All saying the same “sorry sir we do not accept the service plan”
ALoos, you're making me think that you are not in the UK, is that the case and if you are where did you buy the plan and which OPCs declined it? Money back time?
Based in the UK. It was bought online through the Porsche’s website rather than directly from an OPC. Its with Porsche GB but they are proving to be useless. Anyone have experience in escalation to Porsche Germany?

Demand a full refund from Porsche GB.

+1. The product sold to you is clearly not fit for purpose = evidently NOT doing what it says on the tin. (Unless the Ts & Cs state it can only be used at OPCs owned by Porsche GB?)

I tried escalating a complaint about swastikas on wheel centres in a Porsche ad on YouTube but zey just fobbed me off.

Then it's classified as an unfair contract.
