URGENT - fuel cap won’t open

I’ve removed the panel in the boot and there is no emergency pull cord.

It’s a 2014 year.

Any suggestions?

Emergency unlocking of the filler flap
If the electrical unlocking mechanism is faulty, the filler flap can be opened as follows:

Carefully remove the right luggage compartment trim panel.
Pull the red emergency release button (arrow).
The filler flap pops open.

The emergency release definitely isn’t there.
I can see exactly where it should be and it isn’t..

Do you have enough fuel to get to an OPC? Otherwise see if they can suggest something over the phone. Do you have Porsche Assist or other breakdown cover?

I seem to remember it being string with red handle.

Look for string at bottom of the panel in case previous owner has broken off the handle.
