Summer? Summer? I've heard that word before. Can't think what it is though.Neil1911 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 07, 2023 5:24 pmI went on one of these in 2019 as a guest of a mate who got his Gen2 base in the June. Set off from the dealer at 11am, drove down in convoy to Gisborough Hall Hotel for tea and cake, before heading down to Sneaton Castle, Whitby. Around 125 cars were there on the day, and luckily the rain held off so you could have a stroll around and view everyone's car. Few little prices given out including one for guessing how many Balloons in a Taycan. 228 as it turned out.
Nice lunch was laid on. You certainly wouldn't have gone hungry.
5 dealerships were there, including Teesside, Newcastle, Leeds, York, & Sheffield. Anyone on here attend?

Had the sunroof opened whilst driving for the first time today after 14 months ownership.
Only because my 9 year old grandson spotted the blind and asked what it was. After 10 miles he asked me to shut it because of the wind and noise in the back.
Time to silicon grease it and rod the drains then we're set for winter.

I opened my roof on Sunday. Yet unless all the windows are down too, the car is very hot. So you end up closing everything and putting on the A/C. Which I must say is very weedy. Feels like it needs re-gassing.Bluesnose1812 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 07, 2023 10:31 pmHad the sunroof opened whilst driving for the first time today after 14 months ownership.

Air con has three settings in the PCM, low medium and high. I keep mine on medium and in auto mode continuously whether sunroof is open or not.

Jon is correct, my wife complained the A/C was crap compared to previous S3, I managed to find the settings in the PCM and set to high, no more complaints from the wifewab172uk wrote: ↑Tue Aug 08, 2023 8:47 amI opened my roof on Sunday. What does this actually change? Is it the level of the A/C (compressor) itself or just the default fan speed?
