Agreed. Tyres would be over a grand, even at Black Circles prices.

Agree with Jon that Porsche have pretty much loaded around £400 onto what a professional wheel refurbishment company would charge.

Much prefer the gold wheels to black though! :)

I 've yet to see a car where all Black wheels have looked good. (My opinion) You might as well put a a set of £20 Black wheels trims on it.

Just to clarify the wheel paint was £900 for all 4 wheels which I thought was better than £5k for new ones and they're painted to Porsche standards. The tyres and 4 wheel alignment were extra obviously. He was never full happy with Pirellis and glad to be on Michelins. I swopped from Continentals to Michelin on my Turbo and the difference in handling is like comparing chalk to cheese. I noticed that Silverstone had a new Macan in the showroom shod in Michelins N2 as mine are, so maybe they're deviating from all Pirellis at last.

Saphire blue is one of the best colours on a Macan, looks stunning, but I still don't like those wheel trims. Each to his own.

They went back to Porsche in Germany to be painted to Porsche standards then wow £900 sounds reasonable !

Oh no they just went to a local paint shop his dealer knows and overcharged massively and probably not even done properly by an actual alloy wheel specialist !
