Hi please could anyone help me im so so desperate
Would this front lip spoiler fit my 2015 macan s???

Your Macan has the sports design front bumper ( with LED rectangular fog lights)which was an option and not standard.
I think you’d need a valence to fit but I’m no expert

Yes, I think you've hit the nail on the head. The spoiler 807061 is for the standard car, not the SportDesign version.

I believe the front valence/ spoiler is painted with sport design either body colour or gloss black whereas the standard is unpainted black if that helps. I’d suggest you give your nearest OPC parts guys a call and cross check the part you need against your VIN number

It's more than just paint - it's a different apron design. Note the rectangular foglights for a start.
