Do 19 wheels fit over Red calipers ?

I’ve got a 2023 GTS with 21” wheels. I’m going to buy a set of 19” (and I can’t get 18” because of the brakes) for winter and maybe some offroading.
In that case, the tyre size should be 235/55 front and 255/50 rear? Am I getting it right?

Yes, the OE fitment is 235/55R19 101Y (F ) and 255/50R19 103Y (R)
