Porsche App

Has anyone experienced problems with the Porsche App. My trip information froze on the 6th October although the rest of the App seems ok. I made a complaint and got the standard response about deleting the App and re-starting. My son has a similar problem with his Cayman GTS 4.0 and has tried what Porsche have suggested to no avail, he thinks it's a server problem their end.

Yes. My trip info froze on 4th Oct. I reported it and got an acknowledgment....but nothing since.

Everything else is working on the App including send and receiving a new route to the PCM. I had been without that aspect for 16 months! Just hope this doesn't take them as long to fix.

Mine hasn't. Did you have to do anything to get it back - reinstall the App?

No noticeable change with the update still looks fine.

No , i am an android user so the two may not be in sync?
