Yeah, but it does depend upon which OPC you use, as some refuse to let you do that.

That's what i do at the local independent.

Millers Oils XF PREMIUM ENGINE OIL 5w50, might lose an mpg but the manual says yes.

For the same reason they charge £180 -£200 per hour (plus VAT) labour for someone to hold a spanner - People get sucked in to the anxiety of "must have full OPC service history". Load of B*****ks IMO and you won't catch me falling for it. Each to their own of course.
