Rear washer pipe leak - modification?

I'm trying to buy the £6 Porsche screen wash as recommended on this thread to try and avoid this issue on mine, but appear to be going mad! I get to the checkout on the Porsche site, put in payment details etc, hit review order, but then there's no way of proceeding beyond there. No way of checking out. Am I going mad? I've tried it on different browsers etc. Thanks!

Strange, should have worked with either, you may have first logged into the site at a bad time, it does happen.

I use Halfords -20 Concentrate, about a tenner for 5 litres, diluted according to season. Been using the same stuff for many years in loads of different cars, never a problem.

That's exactly what I buy. Dilute it 50/50 in summer and pour in neat undiluted during the winter.

Mind you some passengers question the green colour when it hits the windscreen!!!

Apparently they are now owned by Sytner, so have gone through a massive re-allocation of orders, etc;
So I’m waiting for a call back from the customer service manager today. No issues with warranty though.

Now booked in for next Tuesday

Just been advised by Cheshire that these are dealt with on a case by case basis, and usually get paid - we'll see!

Porsche supposedly fixed the issue in newer models, but I'd still recommend touching base with your dealership to be sure. Since your car's from July '23, it might already have the updated connectors.
