Scoobyd wrote: Fri Feb 02, 2024 2:55 pm I'm trying to buy the £6 Porsche screen wash as recommended on this thread to try and avoid this issue on mine, but appear to be going mad! I get to the checkout on the Porsche site, put in payment details etc, hit review order, but then there's no way of proceeding beyond there. No way of checking out. Am I going mad? I've tried it on different browsers etc. Thanks!
Just tried it, worked fine, did you log in with your Porsche ID or as a guest?
With my Porsche ID. I'll try again as a guest if that's what you're suggesting...
Worked a treat. How bizarre. Cheers Mike!

Strange, should have worked with either, you may have first logged into the site at a bad time, it does happen. 👍

Andrea's

That's exactly what I buy. Dilute it 50/50 in summer and pour in neat undiluted during the winter.

Mind you some passengers question the green colour when it hits the windscreen!!!

So I’m waiting for a call back from the customer service manager today. No issues with warranty though.

Now booked in for next Tuesday 👍
Thanks for the info, hope they treat mine the same !

Just been advised by Cheshire that these are dealt with on a case by case basis, and usually get paid - we'll see!

Porsche supposedly fixed the issue in newer models, but I'd still recommend touching base with your dealership to be sure. Since your car's from July '23, it might already have the updated connectors.

Really? First suggestion I've heard/seen of any change, has this from a reliable source?

Was promised a call back today- guess what!
I hope I don't end up following the poster who has a derogatory version of the word "sytner" - mine might include a "h" 🤭

I'd be wary of new posters with no track record or car details Neil
